The Deep Learning Denoiser is a tool that uses machine-learning algorithms to reduce the noise in rendered images. With Octane 2022, the Render Network development team improved the speed, performance, and accuracy of the render engine by introducing the Deep Learning Denoiser, improved instancing performance, and the all-new material library. Octane 2021 introduced low-level denoising and sampling APIs, optimized scene graph traversal, and more efficient GPU memory management. As a result, the Render Network supports any production Octane workflow, giving artists the ability to harness the latest features of Octane 2022 on production rendering work with the ability to send final frame rendering to near unlimited decentralized GPUs on Render Network. The latest version of Octane Render, Octane 2022 is now available to use on the Render Network just in time for the transition to 2023, making the Render Network compatible with all stable versions of OctaneRender.
